1. Orders

Can I change my order later?
Orders can be changed within 24 hours of completion. To do so, contact us directly via email at support@cardrip.de

How can I track the status of my order?
After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the shipping status.


2. Shipping

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Since this is a custom-made and partially handcrafted product with subsequent quality control, production time is approximately 12-15 business days . Delivery takes 3-5 business days .

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
If you are not at home, the shipping service provider will leave a notification, and you can pick up the delivery at the nearest pickup location or arrange a new delivery date. If the delivery has not been left at a pickup location, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Why was my order sent back to the retailer?

This is usually related to an address issue. An incorrect address may have been provided or the address may have contained errors, preventing delivery. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

3. Problems with the tracking number

Why isn't my tracking number updating?

Our system is currently sending the shipping confirmation too early by mistake. We're working on fixing this issue. The tracking number will therefore only be updated once the item is actually on its way.


4. Payment & Invoices

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Sofortüberweisung and Klarna.

Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, after completing your order you will automatically receive a VAT invoice by email.
